Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your jewellery. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work for online and in-store purchases.

Online purchases (14-day returns)

  • Return window: 14 days from delivery.
  • How to return:
    • Free in-store drop-off at our Surrey showroom during opening hours, or
    • By mail (customer pays return shipping). Prefer a prepaid label? We can provide one and deduct the carrier’s actual cost from your refund.
  • Condition: unworn, tags attached, original packaging included.
  • Exchanges: exchanges are not offered for online orders. Eligible items may be returned according to this policy, and a new order can be placed separately.
  • Refunds: issued to the original payment method within 2 business days of inspection. After the refund is issued, your bank or payment provider may take up to 10 business days to post it to your account.
  • Defects/damage on arrival: email us within 48 hours—return shipping is on us, and we’ll replace or refund.

Non-returnable items

  • Worn or used items
  • Custom or altered pieces
  • Gift cards and other final-sale items

In-store purchases

Final sale. Items purchased at the physical showroom are not eligible for return or exchange.

Email support@indianjewellery.com with your order number, item(s), and reason. We’ll reply with instructions and, if requested, a prepaid label whose actual carrier cost will be deducted from your refund.

What is your return window for online orders?

Who pays for return shipping for online orders?

Customers are responsible for return-by-mail shipping on regular returns. We can provide a prepaid label and deduct the carrier’s actual cost from your refund, or you may use your own label. If an item arrives damaged or defective, return shipping is covered by IndianJewellery.com.

Do you offer exchanges for online orders?

No. Exchanges are not offered for online orders. An eligible item may be returned according to this policy, and a new order can be placed separately.

Are in-store purchases returnable?

In-store purchases are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Which items are non-returnable?

Worn items, custom or altered pieces, gift cards and other final-sale items are non-returnable.

When will I receive my refund?

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
