Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your jewellery. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work for online and in-store purchases.

Online purchases (14-day returns)

  • Return window: 14 days from delivery.
  • How to return:
    • Free in-store drop-off at our Surrey showroom during opening hours, or
    • By mail (customer pays return shipping). Prefer a prepaid label? We can provide one and deduct the carrier’s actual cost from your refund.
  • Condition: unworn, tags attached, original packaging included.
  • Refunds: issued to the original payment method within 2 business days of inspection.
  • Defects/damage on arrival: email us within 48 hours—return shipping is on us, and we’ll replace or refund.

Non-returnable items

  • Worn or used items
  • Custom or altered pieces
  • Gift cards and other final-sale items

In-store purchases

Final sale. Items purchased at the physical showroom are not eligible for return or exchange.

What is your return window for online orders?

You can return online purchases within 14 days of delivery.

How can I return an online order?

Return by mail or drop off free in-store at our Surrey showroom during opening hours.

Who pays for return shipping for online orders?

Customers are responsible for return-by-mail shipping. We can provide a prepaid label and deduct the carrier’s actual cost from your refund, or you may use your own label.

Are in-store purchases returnable?

In-store purchases are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Which items are non-returnable?

Worn items, custom or altered pieces, gift cards and other final-sale items are non-returnable.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 2 business days after inspection to the original payment method.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Contact support@indianjewellery.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll cover return shipping or accept an in-store drop-off and provide a replacement or refund after inspection.
