IJ has the BEST customer service you’ll experience in all of Payal Business Centre. Wedding shopping in other stores was a nightmare. After such a stressful shopping experience, my cousin suggested shopping here. I am so glad I did. I immediately felt so cared for. We came in multiple times in the same day as my outfits were being completed. Every employee we came across had such a helpful, respectful, and kind attitude. You can tell that they enjoy what they do. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure I was styled accordingly for each outfit. The honesty and integrity is what I appreciated most. Prices are very fair and the quality is superb. They even offered to customize jewelry for us and fix anything that we didn’t like. Everything was packed up nicely with care and intention. Best customer service and prices on the market. I can't say enough good things about this place I have legit lived here months leading up to my wedding. I got my dream chura for $150 when everywhere else I was being quoted $500-$2000. People say you can't get nice stuff here without spending a fortune and unless you go to India but these kind of places make that possible. I got my cocktail hour jewelry from here as well and some jewelry for a pre-wedding photo shoot. I can only add these pictures right now because my wedding is in 2 weeks and so a lot of it I have not wore yet. I don't know what I would have done without these guys they helped me so much and every time I step into this store I get the best service I have ever gotten and everyone is so kind they feel like family.

I bought a beautiful earring and tikka set from here but the earring broke after one wear. I took it back to the store and they replaced my earring with a new one at no cost. I am so happy with the customer service and friendliness of the people who run the store. They also have a very diverse collection of Indian jewelry styles. Highly recommend checking this store out!

Great customer experience; felt very heard and they were very knowledgeable. Did not try to push anything onto us and were very patient. Went in to buy a grooms maala and kalgi. Items were high quality and very fairly priced. Packaged very well and gave multiple accessories with the jewelry.

This store is great for all the wedding essentials. I went in a couple of times to pick out items for my wedding and the owner is very pleasant to deal with. They also offer trendy jewelry that is nice to wear for pre-wedding events. I picked out a half choora set and I received a ton of compliments on them. They also customized my kaleeray size and they were beautiful and comparable to some of the trendy IG sellers. Please don't hesitate to check the Wedding Bazaar out.

I walked in without a specific idea but with my outfit in hand, and the staff quickly picked out the perfect jewelry that complemented everything beautifully. They even let me try everything on together, allowing me to see the complete look, which made a huge difference. I love shopping at wedding bazaar! My family and I have been going to them from the day we discovered the store. Such a positive vibes when you enter the store, music they actually put effort in its not typical desi store radio. They have variations and quailty with genuine prices. The customer service is top notch which is hard to find with indian community at payal business center in surrey. I'm sure people can find their stuff elsewhere too but once you go to them you won't go anywhere else! They have everything you can think of, I was looking for traditional kunduan necklace set within my budget. I looked around the plaza, I couldn't find what I was looking for what it was finding was well over $1000+ at wedding bazaar I found it for less than $499. They are so underrated! After browsing through multiple stores in Payal Business Center, my mom and I walked into Wedding Bazaar and were promptly greeted by Gurleen, who went above and beyond to make our shopping experience wonderful. We went through multiple jewelry sets and after about 45 minutes of browsing for the perfect one, we finally found it! Gurleen was so patient with my pickiness the entire time and didn’t even try to rush us. She allowed us to take our time and browse. Her customer service skills are exceptional! We will definitely be returning to buy more jewelry sets in the future.
