What kind of jewellery does IndianJewellery.com sell?
We specialise in Indian fashion jewellery for weddings, parties, cultural events, family gatherings, and everyday celebrations. Our growing selection includes Kundan-look, American Diamond CZ, Rajwadi, Oxidised, Fusion, beadwork, and other styles across necklace sets, earrings, rings, bangles, anklets, and more.
Is your jewellery made from real gold or silver?
No. We sell fashion jewellery made with alloy bases and plated finishes. Product pages explain the relevant finish, stones, beads, and other visible details. We do not make gold, silver, karat, or purity claims.
What do Kundan-look, American Diamond, and CZ mean?
Kundan-look describes fashion jewellery inspired by the appearance and setting style associated with traditional Kundan work. American Diamond, often shortened to AD, is a common fashion-jewellery term for designs using cubic zirconia or similar diamond-look stones. These terms describe the style and appearance. They do not mean that the jewellery contains mined diamonds, precious metals, or traditional fine-jewellery materials.
How is the online product experience designed to help me choose?
Jewellery can look different in motion than it does in a polished still image. Every product in our online store includes a real video shown on a model, along with close-up imagery, material details, and notes about structure, fit, comfort, movement, or styling where relevant. This gives you more than one way to evaluate a design before ordering.
Do the product photos and videos show the actual design?
Yes. The images and videos show the listed design and its available colour variants. Lighting and screen settings can affect how colours appear, but the presentation is created to show the jewellery’s scale, movement, finish, and overall presence as clearly as possible.
What is included with each product?
Each product page states what is included. A necklace set may include a necklace and matching earrings, while a ring listing includes the ring only. Styling pieces visible in a photo or video are not included unless the product page specifically lists them.
Can you help me compare products or choose jewellery for an outfit?
Yes. WhatsApp is the quickest way to reach us for styling guidance and product questions. Use the WhatsApp button on the product page or inside the product video, then send us the product link and explain what you are comparing. You can also share the outfit colour, neckline, event, or the kind of presence you want from the jewellery. WhatsApp is also available through our contact page.
Do you ship worldwide, and what does shipping cost?
Yes. We deliver worldwide. Shipping is free on orders of $99 USD or more. Orders below $99 USD have a flat $9 USD shipping charge.
How long will delivery take, and how do I track my order?
Delivery time depends on the destination, carrier, seasonal volume, and any customs processing. Available estimates are shown during checkout where supported. After your order is dispatched, tracking information is sent to the email address used at checkout.
What is the return policy for online purchases?
Online purchases may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unused, with tags attached, original packaging included, and no fragrance, makeup marks, or alteration. Returns can be dropped off free at our Surrey showroom or mailed back at the customer’s expense. A prepaid label can also be provided, with the carrier’s actual cost deducted from the refund.
What should I do if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Email support@indianjewellery.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will cover return shipping or accept a free in-store drop-off, then provide a replacement or refund after inspection.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. We provide a 2-year limited care and repair warranty for approved workmanship issues during normal, careful wear, including original stone settings, earring posts, clasps, links, chain or dori connections, and other construction points. We also review significant and unusually rapid finish deterioration reported within 90 days when the care guidance has been followed. Will the colour look exactly the same in person?
We aim to show colour as accurately as possible through video and photography. Small differences can still occur because of studio lighting, surrounding colours, screen brightness, and individual display settings. Stones and plated finishes may also reflect warmer or cooler tones as the jewellery moves.
How can I judge whether a design will feel light, moderate, or bold?
Start with the model video, which shows how much space the design occupies and how it moves when worn. Product pages also include comfort or presence notes where helpful. Words such as light, moderate, noticeable, or bold describe the wearing experience for that particular style rather than making a universal weight claim.
How do I know whether a ring, necklace, or other piece is adjustable?
Adjustability and closure information are stated on the product page. Adjustable rings are identified as adjustable for flexible fit. Necklace listings explain whether the design uses an adjustable chain, dori, or another closure when that information is relevant. Contact us with the product link when you need help understanding the fit.
Is your jewellery hypoallergenic or suitable for sensitive skin?
We do not describe every piece as hypoallergenic, nickel-free, or lead-free unless that information has been specifically confirmed for the product. Skin sensitivity varies from person to person. Anyone with a known metal sensitivity should avoid prolonged wear and stop wearing a piece if irritation occurs.
How should I care for fashion jewellery?
Keep jewellery away from water, perfume, hairspray, lotion, sweat, and household chemicals. Put it on after cosmetics have dried, wipe it gently with a soft dry cloth after use, and store each piece separately in a dry pouch or box. Remove it before showering, swimming, sleeping, or exercising.
Do you offer custom or personalised jewellery?
We currently offer ready-to-wear designs and do not provide custom manufacturing, colour changes, or alterations. We can still help you find the closest available option for a particular outfit, occasion, colour preference, or styling need.
What currency are the prices in, and how can I pay?
All prices on IndianJewellery.com are in USD. The payment methods currently available for your location are displayed securely during checkout before you place the order.
Where are online orders prepared and shipped from?
Online orders are prepared and dispatched from our showroom in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada. Items are checked before fulfilment and then handed to the selected delivery carrier.
Will I have to pay duties, taxes, or import charges?
Duties, taxes, or import charges may apply depending on the destination country’s rules. These charges are determined by local customs or tax authorities and can vary by location and order value.
Do you offer exchanges, and can I cancel an order?
Exchanges are not offered for online orders. A returnable item may be returned under the return policy, and a new order can be placed separately. Cancellation requests may be submitted before fulfilment. Once an order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled.
Can I visit the Surrey showroom?
Yes. The IndianJewellery.com showroom is located at 8128 128 St #330, Surrey, BC V3W 1R1, Canada. Regular hours are daily from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Jewellery purchased at the physical showroom is final sale and is not eligible for return or exchange.
