IndianJewellery.com ships from our showroom in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada. All prices and shipping thresholds are shown in USD.
Standard shipping
Orders of $99 USD or more qualify for free standard tracked shipping worldwide.
Orders below $99 USD ship for a flat rate of $9 USD worldwide.
Shipping eligibility is based on the order subtotal after discounts and before taxes. The applicable rate is calculated automatically at checkout.
Local delivery
Local delivery is available for eligible addresses within 35 km of our Surrey showroom.
Orders below $99 USD receive local delivery for $9 USD.
Orders of $99 USD or more receive free local delivery.
We will contact you after your order is placed to confirm the delivery details.

Canada
Pickup orders are generally ready within 1–2 business days. We will email you when your order is ready. Please bring your order number and matching photo identification.
Processing and delivery estimates
Most orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days.
Estimated transit times are:
- Canada and USA: approximately 3–7 business days
- International: approximately 5–12 business days
Remote locations, customs processing, carrier delays, weather, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
Tracking
A tracking link will be emailed once your parcel has been dispatched.
Address changes
Please contact us as soon as possible if your delivery address needs to be changed. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been dispatched.
