IndianJewellery.com ships from our showroom in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada.
CAD is the reference currency for our shipping rates. Prices and shipping amounts may be displayed in your local currency based on your market. Where local currency is available, the CAD $99 free-shipping threshold and CAD $9 flat rate are shown as the corresponding local-currency amounts.
Standard shipping
Orders of CAD $99 or more qualify for free standard tracked shipping to supported worldwide destinations.
Orders below CAD $99 ship for a flat rate of CAD $9 to supported worldwide destinations.
Shipping eligibility is based on the order subtotal after discounts and before taxes. The applicable shipping rate is calculated automatically at checkout.
Standard shipping includes tracking.
Local delivery
Local delivery is available for eligible addresses within 35 km of our Surrey showroom.
Orders below CAD $99 receive local delivery for CAD $9.
Orders of CAD $99 or more receive free local delivery.
We will contact you after your order is placed to confirm the delivery details.

Canada
Pickup orders are generally ready within 1–2 business days. We will email you when your order is ready. Please bring your order number and matching photo identification.
Pickup orders will be held for 7 days after the ready-for-pickup email.
Our showroom is open daily from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Processing and delivery estimates
Most orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days after being placed.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM PT may begin processing the next business day.
Every piece is quality-checked and securely packaged before dispatch.
Estimated transit times are:
- Canada and USA: approximately 3–7 business days
- International: approximately 5–12 business days
Remote locations, customs processing, carrier delays, weather, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
Couriers
We ship through reliable carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, and their international delivery partners. The available carrier may vary by destination.
Tracking
A tracking link will be emailed once your parcel has been dispatched.
Address changes
Please contact us as soon as possible if your delivery address needs to be changed. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been dispatched.
Duties and taxes
Any import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, or other destination-country charges are the recipient’s responsibility.
These charges, when applicable, are determined by the destination country’s authorities and are separate from the product and shipping amounts charged by IndianJewellery.com.
